Our website and its service providers may also receive ordinary technical information such as device, browser, IP address and referral information.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange tours, assess waitlist or resident applications, discuss suite and salon opportunities, prepare venue proposals, manage partnerships and business records, improve our services and meet legal or administrative obligations. We may contact you about the enquiry you submitted, but we do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without permission.

Website Forms And Service Providers

Our website forms use FormSubmit to deliver enquiries to our business email inbox. We also use website hosting, email, embedded Google Maps and links to Google and Instagram. We may disclose personal information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, deliver communications, administer our business or comply with the law.

Overseas Processing

Some technology providers may process or store information outside Australia. The countries involved can vary according to each provider’s infrastructure and are not always practical for us to identify.
